Sits in a room filled with the three outlaw village leaders.Sits in the biggest chair sianling that I am the outlaw in charge.Evryone wais for Naruto.

Well then since everyone is here shall we begin.

A man dressed in dark blue with the word north printed on his robe speaks slowly.

Northern Leader:As already agreed by the three of us, us outlaw leaders beleive that we should allow the Rinnegan Agency to investigate this matter themselves.

The oldest member speaks now with the word West printed on his robe.

Western Leader:We've also agreed that they may use any methods to find out the where abouts of Cero, and if that have to get back the Southern Rogue village.

The other says nothing.

What do you tihnk Naruto...

Northern Leader:We beleive so which is why not only have the Rinnegan Agency been released, but our villages have moved inward surrounding the villages of Konoha through the Mist Village....

So you are treading onto the southern territory then. I find that not acceptable, considering I am the one who now has control over that area. Since I took over it has flourished quite a bit becoming quite the profitable place.

Western Leader:You don't seem to understand that we keep these villages for a reason.It keeps peace within the shinobi world.Without these villages, and the Akatsuki outlaws would freely roam from land to land killing as they please, and you may indeed see a rpofitable land through your eyes but I only see the outlaw nation folding to a halt.Now the only reason I haven't cut out your throat his because Inushi says we must remain peaceful however the Rinnegan agency shall not.Now you either hand over the southern village, and allow us to rebuild it the way outlaw would or would you want us to take your precious village instead killing your familly in the process.

I propose this, A new outlaw leader should be placed there to restore the order. Someone that you all respected at one time, who is currently inside the underground prison of Konoha. I am willing to release him secretly not letting anyone know about it. I am talking about Suda Hodan. The original leader of the Southern Territories of the outlaws

The Western leader shakes his head in disagreements with his new found hatred for Naruto.The Northern leader agrees with it.The Eastern leader who never speaks a word shows no sign of agreeing or disagreeing.

I guess we could do that...it would also stop the destruction of the Rinnegan Agency....

Speaks with my hatred for the western lord and walks towards my seat as I speak
The Rinnegan agency is an important asset to the shinobi world afterall. They help to keep order between the rogues and the villages working alongside the anbu quite often, even though the Rinnegan does not ever report this to you lords. I know I have created the chaos in the shinobi world this time, I know Suda would be able to restore the order which is why I brought him here
I look at the Western leader and sees the fright in his eyes
Out of the shadows Suda Hodan emerges looking as powerful as ever
Suda looks around but focuses on the western leader and he speaks: Order needs to be restored among the world of shinobi. I am taking the southern village back, there better be no problems with this.
His look is blank as always, colder then before now

The Northern and Western leaders remain silent however for the first time the Eastern leader speaks and his voice just as cold as Suda's.

Suda.....Hodan if you should fail...I shall make sure that it is me that kills you.He looks up at him his eyes matching his cold expression, he then falls quiet once more.

And with that this meeting is over..

As I say this the Northern leader leaves in a cloud of frozen mist, the Western leader in a cloud of fire, and the Eastern leader leaves without any sound, and he body fades slowly as if something was erasing him.

Suda looks over at you with a cold look: Sounds like things have changed, since Master Kendiel was around, we have alot to discuss Inushi
I get up looking over at you, then I flicker away
Suda: lets go somewhere more appropriate. I havent seen the akatsuki HQ since the good times
